We arrived a little early and were greeted by Danita. She checked us in with no problem! She was very friendly and gave all the details for our stay. Just like most Home2Suites locations, the rooms are spacious and well stocked. Our room and bathroom were very clean! The AC worked well, and the shower was plenty hot and had great water pressure. We did not participate in nightly smores but what a cool offer! My only complaint is the bed was uncomfortable! I felt like I had slept on a rock. This location is a short drive to all the happenings on St. Simons Island. Would definitely stay again.
As a Hilton Gold Member, I stay at Hilton properties around the country and this hotel is among the best. Room was large with comfortable king bed and sofa. Front desk and breakfast staff truly appreciated our business and entire place was very clean. Definitely recommend.
This is one very well-operated Home2 Suites, maybe our favorite and we have stayed in several. The staff makes it a 5-star property. The night desk person was incredibly sweet to our family. She is the kind of person that shines in the role. Even the housekeeper asked how we were doing as we passed in the hallway. That may seem small but staff taking just a second to say Hello or How Are You makes it truly feel like home. Someone has purposely made this a value in this location. The rooms and all common areas are super clean as well. Great job here!!
This was the absolute best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. From the cleanliness of the room, the location, and especially the staff who were welcoming and made me feel like I was home. I can’t emphasize enough how great the staff is at this location. They were absolutely phenomenal. I recommend this location to everyone.
We had a great experience here. The front desk staff is so friendly and welcoming. The rooms were clean and quiet. The location is very convenient with only a seven minute drive to Neptune Park which has a great selection of restaurants and shops. We will definitely stay here again.
St Simon's is our family destination several times each year, and we recently found this gem on the beach where we can stay. We completed a second stay recently for this year and we were greeted with the same high level of hospitality, cleanliness, and service. The location is super close to East Beach, the pool is well-maintained, and breakfast is more than enough. Ms Danita and the team are very sweet, and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to be close to the beach at St Simon's. A great Hilton property for sure!
Wonderful location. Clean, affordable, and you can't even hear the planes taking off or landing. Very quiet despite being directly beside the airport.
Didn't participate with the breakfast, but the king bed suite was very nice. Bed was extremely comfortable and I did like the addition of the curtain being able to be used in between the bed and couch. Shower water pressure was good and the bathroom was very clean.
